Cedar Glen was established in 1985. The aim was to supply quality semi-advanced stock to local retail and landscape markets.
Over the past 20 years Cedar Glen has earned a respected reputation for consistently supplying high quality plants. The nursery achieved NIASA accreditation in 1995.
Cedar Glen Nursery has been a member of NGIQ for 13 years. Our Nursery has always supported all NGIQ events and on a number of occasions provided plants for displays. To highlight this commitment in 2005 Martin Hickey was appointed to the Technical and Environment Committee and elected president of the North Brisbane Branch NGIQ.
Cedar Glen Nursery has been closely involved in the development of the
ANOVApot. Most of the research conducted
for this new plant container was done at our nursery. Our team is committed to ensuring Cedar Glen produces quality plants that are pest and disease free, and meet industry standards.
Cedar Glen is constantly updating the nursery to move with the changing needs of the industry and its consumers (ie, landscapes and retail markets).
